Educational Program Application Process

Application Submission
- Before submitting an application, the Applicant must determine the type of educational program being offered in order to complete the correct application.
- Once the application submission process has begun, Applicants may access the submission continuously until all required information is entered and the ‘Submit Application’ button has been activated.
- Payment is due via CREDIT CARD ONLY at the time of SUBMISSION.
Review Process:
- As soon as an application is submitted, Reviewers will be assigned.
- If the application is incomplete, additional information will be requested via email.
- Applicants may login to the application at any time in order to view any comments supplied by Reviewers regarding the application.
- Reviews will be completed within a two week period upon receipt of a completed submission.
- Official approval or rejection of the application will be sent via email to the Applicant.
- A program will not be advertised as awarding MPCEC until approval has been given:
- When approval is given to a program, promotional materials must include a statement such as:
This educational activity has been approved by CAMPEP for 10 MPCEC
- If promotional materials are circulated prior to application approval, promotional materials must include a statement - Indicating that the applicant has applied to CAMPEP for the approval of this activity and the number of MPCEC hours requested for approval; or that CAMPEP has approved the activity and number of MPCEC hours approved by CAMPEP

On Site Applicant Responsibilities
- Distribute and collect Program Evaluations. Sample Program Evaluation Form
- Program Directors are encouraged, but not required, to provide Speaker Evaluations to be used for the planning of future courses. Sample Speaker Evaluation Form
- Ensure faculty speakers disclose any conflict of interest to participants
Post Program Applicant Responsibilities
- Provide verification of individual participation and credits earned. Sample Session Attendance Form
- Provide summary of evaluations if requested by Review Committee.
- Upload required participant information and submit payment for the generation of transcripts for all participants via the CAMPEP database website:
NOTE: Should an Applicant opt not to pay the appropriate processing fee for program transcripts, a program participant will have ‘viewing only’ access to the program transcript.
